Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a server/bartender. This dual role requires a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to excel in both front-of-house and bar operations within a high-end restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience, offering recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction with every aspect of their visit.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar teams for preparation.
• Serve food and beverages with precision and elegance, adhering to our restaurant's standards of presentation and service excellence.
• Engage guests in warm and professional interactions, anticipating their needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages with expertise and flair, showcasing your mixology skills and knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, dining room, and server stations, to uphold our restaurant's aesthetic standards and ensure a seamless flow of service.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments, including the kitchen, bar, and management teams, to coordinate service and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in serving and bartending roles within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with a demonstrated ability to excel in both capacities.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairings, cocktail preparation, and menu descriptions, to provide informed recommendations and enhance guests' dining experiences.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, collaborate with colleagues, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate our restaurant's operating hours and service schedule.
